Cottage #1 is one of our smaller cottages. It is clean, simple and beautiful. A picnic table and Adirondack chairs are set on the green lawn in front. On the private porch there is a charcoal grill. You enter from the porch into the living room/ kitchen. There is a full kitchen, gas fireplace, and an amazing view. The love seat in the Living area pulls out to be a single bed. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The bathroom has a shower and towels are provided.

All guests have full access to Sea Escape’s expansive grounds that include fire pits with lawn chairs, the Ocean Side deck with steps leading down to the rocky shore, the Gazebo, and the Community room with a WIRELESS Internet access, large video library, and board games.

Rates include clean, well kept units, linen and bedding, complete kitchen equipment including large pots for cooking lobster, Tested (clean and very drinkable) water, cable TV/VCR/DVD with a large video library, gas fireplace, private balcony, grill, a rolling lawn to an ocean side deck with stairs to the rocky shore, gazebo, washer & dryer in our common room, a spectacular view of the sunset, and heaps of hospitality.

All rates are double occupancy.  Additional persons over 18 years of age are $25.00 per day. All rates subject to sales tax.

3 pm check in-10 am check out.

ALL Cottages are no-smoking.

Well behaved pets are welcome and a $25.00 per pet fee will apply to any length stay.

Cottages #1, #2, #3, and #4 are open early May to late October. The North Suite and South Suite are available year round.

In-Season and Off-Season Rates

Two night minimum bookings.

Reduced Weekly Rates are available.

Reservations will be accompanied by a 50% deposit and is to be paid within 7 days of reservation by check or credit card (MC, Visa, or Discover).

Cancellations:  Deposits are generally nonrefundable. Particle refunds require a minimum of two weeks notice and if we are able to COMPLETELY re-rent the space that had been reserved for partial deposit to be refunded.  In all cases there is a $100 cancellation fee.
