The North Suite is on the second floor and offers "OH WOW!" panoramic views up and down Casco Bay. Watch the sun rise from your bedroom and the sun set from your living room. The North Suite has two bedrooms that include linen and bedding. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, the other has bunk beds with a full sized bed down and twin bed up, as well as a crib. The living room has a queen sized pull out couch and cable TV. The full kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom has a tub with a shower and towels.

Enjoy the views from picnic table on the porch where you will also find a charcoal grill.

There is a basketball hoop below the north window in the driveway.

All guests have full access to Sea Escape’s expansive grounds that include fire pits with lawn chairs, the Ocean Side deck with steps leading down to the rocky shore, the Gazebo, and the Community room with a WIRELESS Internet access, large video library, and board games.

Rates include clean, well kept units, linen and bedding, one towel change per week, complete kitchen equipment including large pots for cooking lobster, Tested (clean and very drinkable) tap water, cable TV/VCR/DVD with a large video library, gas fireplace, wall to wall carpet, private balcony, grill, a rolling lawn to an ocean side deck with stairs to the rocky shore, gazebo, playground, washer & dryer, a spectacular view of the sunset, and heaps of hospitality.

All rates are double occupancy.  Additional persons over 18 years of age are $25.00 per day. All rates subject to sales tax.

3 pm check in-10 am check out.

We ask our guests and visitors who smoke to do so outside.

Well behaved pets are welcome and a $25.00 per pet fee will apply to any length stay.

Cottages #1, #2, #3, and #4 are open early May to late October. The North Suite and South Suite are available year round.

In-Season and Off-Season Rates

Two night minimum bookings.

Reduced Weekly Rates are available.

Reservations will be accompanied by a 50% deposit and is to be paid within 7 days of reservation by check or credit card (MC, Visa, or Discover).

Cancellations: In all cases there will be a $100 cancellation fee. Particle refunds require a minimum of two weeks notice and if we are able to COMPLETELY re-rent the space that had been reserved for any deposit to be refunded.
